The Johnson TopGear G-series gear pump is available in cast iron with inline port connections and is well-suited for oil applications. Baseplate-mounted. Heating and cooling jackets are available for pump cover and around shaft seal. Built-on single or double safety relief valves are available.

• Ranges: Divided into general-purpose and specialized models including TG GP, TG GM, and TG GS.
• Max Capacity: Up to 130 m³/h for GP/GM models; up to 80 m³/h for GS models.
• Max Pressure: Up to 16 bar for GP/GM; up to 10 bar for GS.
• Temperature Range: Up to 300°C for GP/GM variants and up to 200°C for GS variants.
• Viscosity Range: Handles media up to 80,000 mPas (GP/GM) and 5,000 mPas (GS).
• Materials: Cast iron casing with rotors and idlers made of cast iron, nodular iron, steel, or stainless steel.
